This Portal displays lease details, payment history, and balance information for your tenancy with ASK Real Estate Ventures. The Portal is provided for informational convenience only. The written lease and payment records maintained by the landlord are the definitive source of record.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify the landlord immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
The Portal displays payment history as recorded by the landlord. It does not process payments. Rent must be paid through the methods specified in your lease. Discrepancies should be reported by replying to your welcome email or contacting the landlord directly.
The Portal is provided "as-is." The landlord makes no warranty as to uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or accuracy of displayed information. Report any errors and they will be corrected.
Access to the Portal ends when your lease ends or when the landlord terminates access. The landlord may modify or discontinue the Portal at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia (or, for out-of-state properties, the state where the property is located).
